Sonoran Suites business hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays and 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays. The office will be closed on Sundays and major holidays.

Check-In & Check-Out
CHECK-IN - Check-in time is from 3 PM. Upon availability Guest may check-in earlier. Guest will need to call one week prior to check-in to receive their room information.
CHECK-OUT - Check-out is at 11:00 AM. All incidentals outstanding at check-out will be charged to the Guest credit card on file.
KEYS - There will be 2 key sets on the kitchen counter and 1 unit key in the lockbox located on the front door. Upon departure, return the key sets on the kitchen counter, locking up the suite with the key from the lockbox and return the lockbox key to the lockbox. Any unreturned keys will be charged to the reservation credit card on file $50 per set.
LATE CHECK-OUT - Housekeepers are scheduled to arrive at 11:00 AM. Check-outs after 11:00 AM will be cahrged a FULL DAY rate.

Payment
DEPOSIT - A 50% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in.
METHOD OF PAYMENT - We Accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover. Travelers, Cashiers and Personal Checks are also accepted. Guest's credit card information must still be given at time of reservation, even if a check is being sent for the deposit. Check must arrive within one (1) week of booking said reservation or guest's credit card will be charged for the deposit amount. If sending a check to pay for the balance, the amount is due 7 days prior to check-in. Each reservation may utilize a maximum of four (4) credit cards. Groups of 12 or more golfers require payment by check only (personal or cashiers check).
RETURNED CHECKS - A $40 fee will be collected on any returned check. Future payments will be required on credit card or with cashiers check.
RESERVATION FEE - A $25 reservation fee will be added to all Golf Package reservations.

Cancellations & Date Changes
CANCELLATIONS & DATE CHANGES - Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation or date change is made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Deposits are non refundable if cancellation or date change is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, however the portion of deposit forfeited will be refunded in the event the unit can be re-rented. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before scheduled arrival are obligated to payment in full. A processing fee of $45 will be applied to each reservation cancelled.
STAYS LESS THAN THREE (3) NIGHTS - Stays less than three (3) nights are non- cancelable. The total amount is due in full with confirmed reservation. Applicable cleaning fee will be assessed.
EARLY DEPARTURES & LATE ARRIVALS - There will be no refund for Guests leaving prior to scheduled departure date, or for arriving after scheduled check-in date.
TRAVELERS INSURANCE - Sonoran Suites encourages the use of Travelers Insurance for all reservations. Please call a Sonoran Suites representative for details.

Housekeeping
MAID SERVICE - Complimentary weekly maid service is provided for Guests staying a minimum of seven (7) nights. This may not apply to discounted rates or upgrades. Daily maid service is available for an additional charge. Please contact a Sonoran Suites representative for details. Please give 24 hours notice to cancel any paid for housekeeping to avoid charge.

Unit Guarantees
Sonoran Suites will make every attempt to accommodate specific unit requests. However, we cannot guarantee specific units, levels or views. Based upon availability, guarantees may be obtained for an additional charge.

No Smoking & No Pets
For the comfort of all future guests, Sonoran Suites does not permit smoking and pets in units (smoking is permitted on patios & balconies). In case of non-compliance Sonoran Suites will assess a cleaning fee on Guest credit card on file.

Custom Bed Types
Any combination of two twins or one king-size bed is available for each bedroom. Advance notice of at least 48 hours is required.

General Information
GENERAL INFORMATION - A la carte golf tee times, scheduled activities and rental car arrangements are subject to a 10% service fee. Rental cars: Tax, insurance and gas on rental car must be paid by Guest directly to rental car agency upon vehicle return.
ROOM AMENITIES - Sonoran Suites keeps a certain inventory of items in each suite and replaces broken or missing items when applicable. Any broken or missing item noticed upon guest check-in should be called into the office as guest will not be held liable if broken or missing item was not noticed before guest check-in by Sonoran Suites representatives. It will be replaced if we have it in stock, or if not in stock, Sonoran Suites will make every feasible attempt to get a replacement in a timely manner. It may not be possible to replace electronic items during a guests stay if found to be broken or not working properly. Sonoran Suites will not be held liable if item could not be replaced during a guest's stay.
SOUTHWEST RESIDENTS - Please be advised that along with the beautiful scenery in the Southwest, we also have spiders, scorpions, snakes, coyotes, bobcats, and other animals or insects that you may run into or be visited by. Sonoran Suites doesn't assume liability for any experiences with such encounters.
CHANGES - Changes for golf, scheduled activities and rental car reservations must be made through Sonoran Suites. A $10 service charge will be assessed for any tee time or activity change, which has already been scheduled by Sonoran Suites. For golf groups of 12 or more the service charge will be $25 per change.
CANCELLATIONS - Certain golf green fees, deposits for scheduled activities and service fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Cancellations must be made with Sonoran Suites at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charge. The Guest will be responsible for non-cancelable reservations, please inquire.
REFUNDS - Any refunds are subject to individual golf course and adventure operator policies, including but not limited to, in climate weather.
RESERVATIONS - The Guest is responsible to advise Sonoran Suites of choice of golf course or activity (and any specific request). Golf group reservations (in most cases 12 or more golfers) are subject to a separate contract or surcharge with participating golf course, which binds the Guest to that contract. Please contact a Sonoran Suites representative for further details and applicable golf courses.
